We want you to love your AELIA pieces. If something isn’t quite right, you can return any item for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

Australia & USA — add Free Returns to your order at checkout and your return label is on us. Didn’t add it? You can still generate a return label through the portal — return postage is then at your own cost.
International (rest of world) — orders are returnable, but return postage is at your own cost and arranged by you.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

Bought from Shrimps?

We have rebranded from Shrimps to AELIA, but your Shrimps return is still valid. If you ordered from Shrimps, please just email us at hello@aeliabrand.com and we will personally help you sort it.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

Sale items or purchases made during storewide sale events
Gift cards
Personal care items (e.g. sunscreen, swimwear, beauty)
Custom or made-to-order items

Refunds, Exchanges & Credit Notes

If you received a free gift with your order and return the qualifying item:

Store credit will be issued by default.
If you’d prefer a refund, a $20 restocking fee applies to cover the gift’s value.

Shipping

We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders (excluding bulky items). Shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders are processed within 24 hours (business days). We send parcels via Australia Post, DHL and USPS.

Australia — flat-rate shipping.
United States — flat-rate shipping; duties & taxes are included, so the price you see is the price you pay.
International (UK, Canada & rest of world) — flat-rate shipping; duties & taxes are not included and may be payable on delivery, depending on your country.
