You do not need to contact us first. You can start it yourself and get your label straight away here:
You will need your order number, and either the email address you ordered with or your postcode.
Returns are within 14 days of delivery, on items that are unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags still attached. Custom name necklaces and final sale items cannot be returned.
If the portal gives you any trouble at all, email us and we will set it up for you.
Not sure about sizing?
Email us a measurement across the waistband of a pair you already love and we will tell you which size to order. It is the surest way to get it right first time.
