Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your AELIA pieces. If something isn't quite right, you can return any item for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

• Australia & USA — add Easy Free Returns to your order at checkout and your return label is on us. Didn't add it? You can still generate a return label through the portal, with return postage is deducted from your refund or exchange. 
• International (rest of world) — orders are returnable, but return postage is at your own cost and arranged by you.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Sale items or purchases made during storewide sale events
• Gift cards
• Personal care items (e.g. sunscreen, swimwear, beauty)
• Custom or made-to-order items

Refunds, Exchanges & Credit Notes

If you received a free gift with your order and return the qualifying item:

• Store credit will be issued by default.
• If you'd prefer a refund, a $20 restocking fee applies to cover the gift's value.
